You may still collect pledges for participation in the 7th Annual Lung Cancer Walk & Rally. By getting friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers to sponsor your participation, you can help elevate awareness of lung cancer while also raising money for this cause.

All proceeds go directly to the LUNGevity, a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation. Every cent will be used for lung cancer work and research.
Please make all checks payable to: "LUNGevity". Please note "Naperville Walk" in the note section of your checks, and bring it with you to the Walk.
