The walk benefits Lungevity, a 501c3 organization based in Chicago IL, dedicated to finding a cure for lung cancer. This year's walk raised, so far, over $50,000 for lung cancer research with online donations still being accepted

Lots of free goodies at this years walk, including free wristbands for the 1st 150 walkers to arrive on the 7th, free lung cancer magnets for the 1st 250 walkers to arrive and a gift certificate for a FREE 1 hour massage for any walker provided by NaperChiro. Lastly, the first 600 walkers will get a free bottle of BREATHE nail polish from OPI!
We will also have our annual Raffle, with great prizes that can be won for 1 dollar

Walkers who preregister 2 weeks prior to October 30th are guaranteed t-shirt of requested size
On site registration: 9 -10am
Opening remarks/speaker: 10am
Walk Begins: 10:10 w/bagpipers
Walk Distance: Option for about 3/4 mile or 1 1/2 miles
Cost: The walk is FREE of charge! However, the suggested donation is $20 per person.
You can choose to walk about 3/4 of a mile or a 1 1/2 mile course on the Riverwalk. Bagpipers will be present. 'My Gym' will be there to keep the kids entertained, and food will be provided. The first 25 kids to arrive on the 7th will get to build a bear for free and the first 600 walkers to arrive will get a free bottle of lung cancer awareness nail polish from OPI.
Shirts are guaranteed to all registrants who donate $20 or more before October 20th.
